The service
PinkyAI provides a local engine that reviews tool calls made by Claude Code and Cowork, plus an optional cloud account/entitlement/telemetry layer described in our Privacy policy.
Plans and billing
Shadow mode is free, with no seat limit. Enforcement is billed per seat, per month, at the rate shown on our Pricing page at the time you enable it.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and for how your organization configures rule enforcement. PinkyAI reduces risk; it doesn't eliminate the need for your own judgment about what to run.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't promise uninterrupted service. See our Status page for current and historical availability.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse.
Changes to these terms
We'll post material changes here with a visible update date before they take effect for existing customers.
